Sometimes it will not stay where it is and move to another cavity in the body. Worst case scenario is loosing the breast gland due to pressure of the implant. Other complications are back pain and symnastia.

A very important issue is that there is a risk that you will not be able to breast feed after a breast augmentation. This is always a thing to keep in mind before you consider a breast augmentation. Do not take a 800 cc breast augmentation lightly as it is a serious surgery and might give some risky complications. Although it is also a fact that most females are quite happy with their larger breasts.
