Both will get the job done if approached correctly. What you&#8217;ll want to focus on is heavy weight and low reps. This really gets the muscles in action. You will start building muscle fast. Of course you will experience some soreness at first, but this is to be expected. The key is in the proper form. You must keep proper form when performing all weight lifting exercises. It&#8217;s essential for your body and it&#8217;s crucial for building muscle fast. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our bodies are like works of art. Hey, who said that anyway? Apparently they didn&#8217;t catch an eye-full of some folks out there. No offense, but that whole &#8220;the body is a temple&#8221; spiel has definitely slipped the minds of many. Just take a gander at our American public. Okay, this is the point where oodles of overweight and/or out-of-shape people become furious and outraged. Well, too bad! If you&#8217;re ticked off, then it probably applies to you. Don&#8217;t get me wrong, because I&#8217;m not here to poke fun at your physique or body weight. I simply want you to stop and think about your current condition. Are you healthy? Are you looking the way you want to look? If your answer is a resounding NO, then I suggest you make some changes. No has to answer for your body, but yourself. You&#8217;re in charge of what goes in it if you&#8217;re an adult. I say it&#8217;s time to exercise and start building muscle. Drop that fat like it&#8217;s yesterday&#8217;s stale doughnut. You don&#8217;t need it, nor do I think you want it. It&#8217;s time to get serious about your health. Your life literally depends on it. </p>
<p>We always try and eat healthy in my house. My wife and I encourage one another to eat mostly good foods and low fat meals. We also push each other to exercise five days a week. Our children get in on it naturally because it&#8217;s what they see. This is great. There&#8217;s nothing more depressing for me than seeing an overweight 7 year old getting picked up at school by his two overweight parents. I see this on a regular basis and wonder why in the heck the parents are doing that to their child. It&#8217;s utterly sad. They pass on their nasty eating habits and have the kid overweight before he/she even hits middle school. That is not good parenting. If you love your child and life in general, you will not do this. Work with your family and drive them to get in great shape. Ditch the body fat and start building muscle. This is the difference between folks who are really in shape and those who are not. Sure I see folks all the time that simply look 20 pounds overweight. However, the truth lies in their body fat. How high is it? Are you in the danger zone? Adopt a wonderful cardio workout so you too can shed fat and begin building muscle. If your weight is muscle, then you have no worries about what weight you&#8217;re at. It&#8217;s healthy. </p>

For me the most difficult people to work with are those that are diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. These are clients that will have everyone running around in circles and doing all the work. When ever I find myself disagreeing with another professional about what a particular client needs, I know I am dealing with someone with a borderline personality disorder.</p>
<p>This diagnosis is so very frustrating because the person is often times quite intelligent. They are masters at reading people and they know exactly who they will be able to manipulate. At one point in my career I worked for a social service agency dealing with childrenâ€™s mental health cases. I was assigned sixteen cases to manage. One case had a mother and daughter that were both diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Each month when I was filling out my case contact information I noticed that thirty percent of my time went towards this one case.</p>
<p>People diagnosed with borderline personality disorder are very good at engaging others that they feel can help them get what they want. They usually have the ability to make friends with their excellent social skills. They can talk people out of money and also convince others that they are being picked on or persecuted by the system. They love to surround themselves in drama. They will set up situations to create drama in their lives and then they sit back and watch as others around them run around and try to fix the problems.</p>
<p>Treatment for borderline personality disorder is very complex and long term. The person has to be taught how they should feel in various situations and how they should engage others for mutual relationships, rather than use people. These are things that come naturally for most people. Borderline personality disorder is a learned way of behaving. It is not a chemical imbalance of the brain, so there are not medications that can be used to treat the person. Behavior modification techniques and consistent feed back are the most effective ways of getting the individual to live within the parameters of society.  This is a long term process and is most effectively accomplished in a group home setting. We are learning that it is best to separate people with various personality disorders from those with classic mental health conditions during the treatment process. The individual with borderline personality disorder, which is most often female, are too skilled at targeting the more vulnerable clients that have an illness verses a disorder.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many people out there who say that the best way to lose weight is to simply eat a healthy diet and exercise, in if you ask me this approach takes far too long with far too little results.   The fact is many of us just have slow metabolisms to take forever to process anything.  If you don&#8217;t boost your metabolism, how will you ever lose weight?  Oh sure, there are some skeptics who say that boosting your metabolism is bad for you.  But if that is bad for you, how good for you as being overweight?  For me it is a matter of trade-offs.  It seems like the choice is this: you can try boosting metabolism, risk putting some strain on your heart, and end up being healthy and good looking, or you can stay the way you are, be overweight  and continue to put strain on your heart, while also being unhealthy and ugly looking to.  To me the choice is obvious.  Boosting your metabolism is clearly the only way to go.</p>
<p>Of course there are many ways to go about boosting your metabolism, and some are safer than others.  For me personally, I prefer quick results, and am willing to take a few risks in their pursuit.  Although there are metabolism boosting diets out there that will boost your metabolism without the aid of possibly dangerous supplements, these work much less quickly, and therefore are less desirable.  In my opinion, the human body is mighty.  It can stand a good deal of strain for short bursts if you are willing to back off eventually.  The key is to make sure to eat a healthy diet while you are boosting your metabolism.  That way, you will be sure to keep the weight off.</p>
<p>Of course, diet and health supplements are not the only things that count for boosting your metabolism.  What is really important is to also get exercise while you&#8217;re doing it.  Exercising, according to many scientists, is one of the most effective ways of boosting your metabolism that there is, and that is a fact.  Muscle burns more calories than fat does, and aerobic activity at lease three times a week is crucial, if not indispensable, to boosting your metabolism.  The fact is, you will never be able to come up with an effective method of boosting your metabolism if you&#8217;re not willing to put some work into it.  But at the same time, it is always useful to get some chemical health.</p>

<p>The Blood Type Diet is the brainstorm Peter Dâ€™Adamo. He believes that each blood type needs to have a specific eating plan catered to its general features. If you following the eating plan specified for your type you should be able to see great reduction in extra pound in a short while.</p>
<p>I find little wonder in that. I have A positive blood and my eating plan includes fruits and vegetables. This is not the ideal plan for a high protein weight loss fan. There are plenty of carbohydrates and not much of anything else on the type A plan. I have to agree that I will probably lose weight, but who wouldnâ€™t?</p>
<p>The type Aâ€™s should not eat any diary or meat. Basically, we are the vegetarian group. This is really bad news for me because I like to eat a well balanced collection of foods. I never like to completely cut anything out of my eating plan. The Blood Type Diet may be a little restrictive for some.</p>
<p>However, the Blood Type Diet is not just about weight loss and weight regulation. This plan is designed to address a personâ€™s general health. The people who fall under the type A category have certain health characteristics that are outlined by the Blood Type Diet. There are reasons to avoid dairy and meat for this group that goes beyond weight.</p>
<p>There is also the fact that the type A group can still enjoy fish and chicken on the plan. Realistically, I just donâ€™t see myself sticking to the Blood Type Diet for long. Nevertheless, I am going to give it a serious try. We are not just dealing with maintaining a healthy weight; we are concerned with overall health.</p>
<p>I figure that I will give the plan two short weeks. If I feel better, have more energy and if I have dropped a few pounds I may continue the Blood Type Diet. I would rather feel great and be healthy than eat meat and dairy and day.</p>

The pills eased my usually intense cramps and lightened my period dramatically. I have taken them for several years and my gynecologist assures me that there is no danger in extended use of birth control pills. Like many women, I was concerned that I may one day experience difficulty getting pregnant if I used birth control pills for too long but this fear was unnecessary and unfounded. </p>
<p>As wonderful as they are, there are some things to consider before you begin taking birth control pills. Birth control pills are easy to forget and it is not difficult to get off track and mess up your whole cycle. I have found that if I forget a pill, I have a good chance of getting my period in the next few days and once it starts, it is difficult to stop by resuming the medication.</p>
<p>Birth control pills can also be expensive. My health insurance covers approximately four dollars of this fifty dollar prescription every month. If the pills are meant to prevent against pregnancy, they are an affordable option when compared to condoms which can be very expensive and are not as reliable. There are many types and brand of pills out there and you should be able to find one that fits your budget.</p>
<p>Birth control pills are available at most clinics if you cannot afford them. Ask your doctor for more information on where you can obtain them in your area. I have always received a few months&#8217; worth of birth control pills from my gynecologist at my annual appointment. You should see a gynecologist if you are thinking of taking birth control pills and every year thereafter to make sure that they are working correctly for you with no adverse side effects. </p>
<p>One of the best aspects of pills is that you can continue to take your birth control pills for several weeks of them at a time if you want to put off your period. Some birth control pills are packaged in a way that makes it easier to take several weeks in a row. I think that the majority of birth control pills are safe and can be taken for two or three months in a row without complications but you should confirm this with your doctor before you attempt to do so. You can stop taking the pill at any time without adverse consequences to your health and the pill is less invasive and complicated than other options that involve implantation of some sort. </p>
<p>Simply stated, the pill is one of the best options when it comes to preventing pregnancy and managing your menstrual cycle. If you want control of your body and flexibility, the pill is the way to go. Every woman should do whatever she can do to be in charge of what happens to their bodies. It is, and always has been, your body and your choice. Period.</p>

<p>The birth control patch has come under serious scrutiny lately. It seems as though the birth control patch comes with a much higher risk of blood clotting than its counterpart the pill. I had a hard time buying into the idea of a birth control patch mostly because of silly reasons. I wondered how well a birth control patch would stay on. </p>
<p>I thought that it had to be difficult to get the right dose of hormones with the birth control patch and I wondered what would happen if too much hormone was released into my bloodstream. I worried that it could cause a skin rash. I did not give much thought to the serious health concerns that come with the birth control patch mostly because I never really considered it as a possibility for myself. It appears that may have been a very wise decision on my part. </p>
<p>The patch may be on its way to being banned if it keeps getting the bad press that it has been getting as of late. It has been alleged that the birth control patch has caused blood clots in otherwise healthy women. I do not recommend the use of the birth control patch. With all the pills out there that do the same thing, I do not think that the patch is necessary. Although it may have appeared to be a new and intriguing option for birth control, it has yet to prove itself to be safe. </p>
<p>There seem to be class action lawsuits waiting in the wings that could take down the patch for good. Once the manufacturer has to shell out big bucks to settle such lawsuits, they may have to discontinue making the product because it is no longer cost effective. The FDA has been criticized for approving medications without giving them enough thought or doing adequate research to prove that the medications are safe. In a world where the pharmaceutical realm seems to be more concerned with turning profits, you should not blindly trust any medication or procedure that has been approved by the FDA. </p>
<p>We all know that we should be wary of any compound or procedure that has not been approved by the FDA, but we have reason to questions those that are approved. Do not diagnose yourself. With the amount of information consumers receive through commercials, many are overconfident and think that they can accurately diagnose their health problems as well as appropriate solutions. This is simply untrue. You should always speak to a doctor before going on any new health regimen and be a skeptical consumer when it comes to new drugs. </p>

When you go for a bikini waxing, you are baring everything you have to a total stranger, and Iâ€™m sorry, but this is something I am not going to do for cosmetic reasons. It is hard enough going to a gynecologist, but at least that is essential for good health.</p>
<p>When you go for bikini waxing, you are going in for some of the most humiliating grooming you can imagine. For the most part, you have to get up on all fours and spread your legs as far as you can, while pushing your butt up into the air. Talk about opening up! This is that technician can get to all the nooks and crannies you have down there. They put hot wax on some of the most sensitive spots you have, and rip it off with a strip of paper. Sure, bikini waxing sounds like fun!</p>
<p>There is really no way you can do this at home, though there are kits out there that claim you can. Unless you have a room full of mirrors and six arms, I doubt you can do a good job on your own. As someone who has lived with scoliosis for the majority of her life, let me tell you that I know back pain. The most effective back pain remedies that I have found center around traditional cures. A hot bath does a lot for my back pain. The heat of the water relaxes tight muscles and soothes away some of the pain. A bubble bath also serves as a great distraction that gets my mind off of the pain I am experiencing. </p>
<p>You will probably have to go through a few pain relief medications before you find one that will help with back pain. It seems to me that so much of my back pain results from stress and is therefore very difficult to cure with pain relief medications. A good massage is one of the best back pain remedies and is definitely the most enjoyable. Massages help relieve tension in tight muscles and increase blood flow to the area which can help ease pain and discomfort. </p>
<p>I do not recommend that you pop your own back. If you want to enlist the help of a licensed chiropractor to help you manage your back pain, you have my blessing. You would be better off going this route than you would be trying to adjust your own back. Popping your back can hurt you so try to avoid this crude back pain remedy. </p>
<p>Regular exercise and stretching can help a great deal with back pain. Stretching keeps your body loose and limber and will keep you from getting so wound up. Exercising can help build up your back muscles which will keep your vertebrae in the right places. Most of the back pain caused by my scoliosis is due to misalignments. Working on building up my back muscles has helped a lot by lessening the chance that vertebrae will get out of place. </p>
<p>As with most health problems, successful back pain remedies do not revolve around quick fixes. If you suffer from chronic back pain as I do, you will have to accept that some level of this will be with you for the long haul. Do not let yourself get frustrated with the pain. If you can accept it on some level as I have, you may find that you become less and less perceptive of it or sensitive to it.</p>
