Lose weight, gain muscle and healthy eating should go side to side. Many people who want to lose weight are fixating at only one of these 3 aspects and that is why they fail. However, if you want to gain muscle it is just as important to lose body fat and eat a healthy diet. The first step of every path to a healthy living should be eating a healthier diet. Try to reduce your calorie intake and start eating more vegetables, fish and fruits. The second step should be to burn down your body fat by doing aerobics or cardiofitness. These are both excellent ways to burn down extra body fat but they will not help you much if you want to gain muscles. Therefore it is advised to do exercises to. If you do this on a regular base you will start to see results soon enough.

If you want to achieve your ideal body weight and a nice physique than it is essential to lose fat and gain muscles. An important characteristic of muscles is that they need a lot of energy and they take this energy from body fat. Every pound of muscle you will gain will increase the metabolism of your body. Therefore it is very important to do some exercises next to your aerobics.

Eventually it will all fit together as long as your stick yourself to the plan. If you are going to lose weight, gain muscle and eat healthy than your body will boost metabolism and starts to burn fat. The result of this is that you will feel more energetic the next time you work out so you can build up more muscle and the process will repeat itself. To achieve this effect it is important to do the exercises on a regular base. Don’t stop after 2 weeks and 1 time a week will also not be enough. You have to keep yourself at doing exercises & aerobics at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 1 hour.

However, when you are doing these exercises and aerobics, your body will ask for more food intake because of the higher metabolism. The average intake of a professional athlete is almost twice as high as a normal person and they don’t become fat. Therefore you need to watch closely at what you eat. Try to go for fruits instead of chocolate bars and icecreams. Eat a salad instead of a cheap menu at McD. It are the little things that will help you achieving your ideal body.

Don’t get me wrong, you do not need to starve yourself to get that ideal figure, you only have to watch what you are eating. A hamburger is fine, but not 7 times a week. Try to diversify your food intake and eat enough nutrients and vitamins.
