Alternate Therapies for Curing Panic Attacks and Anxiety

Numbers of people suffering from panic attacks are increasing rapidly year by year. Though panic attacks do not cause death, they give really tough times to its victims. There are number of ways one can escape from this dreadful disorder.

Medications like antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs provide instant reliefs from its symptoms but they don’t eradicate the roots of it. Moreover some drugs are quite addictive. Therefore treatment of anxiety should be complimented with alternate therapies.
