Ever have snoring problem? If you’re a snorer like me and has been snoring for quite some time that you might find this article useful. This article is about a new anti snoring device called the anti snore pillow. Some say it doesn’t work and some say it works like a charm. That’s what usually happens to an anti snoring product (or maybe any medical/treatment product) anyway so don’t sweat it. I won’t talk about whether it works or not, enough people are already debating on that. I’m here to tell you what it does well and who can benefit from it. (Yes, you can say that I’m in the “no, it won’t work for everyone” camp)
First, a little introduction about snoring as pertain to this article so you will understand what I’m about to tell you. Snoring are usually caused by blocked airways. Blocked airways can be caused by multiple factor that we’re not going to talk about in this article, We’re only going to talk about one cause. The crooked airways. This is caused by crooked alignment of airways when you sleep. Which again, can be caused by multiple factors which we’re not going to discuss here.
Now that we got that out of our way, lets talk about anti snoring pillow and how that helped you to cure your snoring problem. For one, it aligns your neck so that your airways is free and straight as an arrow. That’s basically how it works. There’s a lot of mechanism that the pillow uses to achieve this of course. One is called the memory foam. It “remembers” your head shape and its weight, and the pillow will customize itself to support your neck. Another one is using contour so re-align your neck. This is of course not so effective because not all head are the same. I hope this little anti snore pillow primer has been helpful to you. Good luck in your quest to stop snoring.
