Burn More Fat and Calories with the Turbo Fire Workout

Most people realize that working out and being active burns calories and fat, but what some people don’t realize is that if you really want to lose weight fast there are workouts that are better than others. One of those workouts is the Turbo Fire program designed by fitness guru Chalene Johnson. This new workout program is changing how people workout. It can have you burning more fat and calories than a lot of other workouts that you may have tried in the past.

According to the Turbo Fire workout you can burn 9Xs more fat from a Turbo Fire workout than from other aerobic workouts. This is because with this exercise program you incorporate high intensity interval training (HIIT) into your workout. This type of workout has you exercising at your very highest rate possible for a short period of time followed by a short rest afterwards. These “Fire Drills” as they are called help to raise your metabolism and keep it burning fat even when you stop the workout.

The Turbo Fire workout incorporates kickboxing moves like different punches and kicks along with a little bit of dancing and a lot of high energy jumping. It is choreographed to funky music that definitely keeps you energized through the workout. It takes place in a class setting and Chalene is the instructor in all of the videos. You may think that this sounds like a pretty easy workout, but it will have you sweating and burning fat in the first 10 minutes.

Research has shown that HIIT workouts can easily burn up to 9Xs more fat than a traditional aerobic workout. This means that with Turbo Fire you may only have to work out for 30 minutes but you are getting a complete workout that will have you shedding the pounds like crazy. And with the burn effect that comes from a HIIT workout you will still be shedding those calories as you sleep in your bed at night. Your metabolism can stay elevated for up to 24 hours after a Turbo Fire workout, which means you burn a lot more fat and calories than if you think you are.

The Turbo Fire workout is a revolutionary exercise program that can have just about anyone burning more fat and calories and shedding the weight faster. Incorporate this workout into your life and you will see a new body in 90 days.
