Today more and more people are becoming more desperate to lose weight because of the different ailments that obesity can cause. With this commotion going on, marketers take the advantage in selling our myth based products to these poor obese people. Some of these marketers offer diet regimens, and equipments that promise you to lose 10 lbs. in just a matter of days.

Though it is very important to have the right amount of diet, the most common mistake that these marketers make is they lack the initiative to share to their clients the appropriate weight loss exercises in order to lose 10 pounds in just to time.

If you want to lose10 lbs. in no time you should go for endurance exercises wherein your body utilizes the oxygen and fat to keep you going during your exercise. This type of exercises can make your body continuously sweat and at the same time it enhances your stamina.

This type of exercise is known to help you burn up to 300 calories within 30 minutes.

But low intensity training alone won’t be effective enough. Perhaps this is one of the most common misconceptions of people who want to lose weight and maybe some of the “weight loss” marketers out there too.

Researchers at the University of New South Wales in Australia was able to discover that interval training (a combination of both low intensity training and high intensity training) yield better results than using low intensity training alone. They observed that you can burn 6 times the fat with this type of exercise.

Interval exercise includes high intensity training for 8 seconds which is followed by a recovery period of about 12 seconds. This will then be repeated for 15 – 20 minutes. It is encouraged that you perform warm up exercise before starting with the training regimen.

One of the best interval exercises is jogging, cycling and swimming.

Being able to lose fat and prevent muscle shedding is very important to keep the weight off. One of the common after effects of a weight loss solution, after being done is that the weight tends to come back. It is then stressed by weight loss experts to ensure that you have a continuous workout plan.

It is then highly advised that you continue with your exercise regimen in order to keep the weight away.
