So, before if you were eating a lot of chocolate then, you can have one chocolate bar on your treat day. Try and eat more fruit and veg, at least five portions on a daily basis.
Drink Plenty of Water
Drinking plenty of water and keeping your body hydrated is very important. Did you know that drinking the recommended amount of water a day, whilst you are trying to lose weight can increase your body’s metabolism by up to three percent? Well this is the case, therefore; if you want to lose weight, you should be drinking at least eight large glasses of water a day. If you are exercising you should add one glass for each hour of exercise that you are doing.
Changing your eating habits can help you on your journey to losing body fat. However; you will find that if you include at least 30 minutes of exercise into your regime a day, you can lose weight fast and safe. For example, 30 to 45 minutes of brisk walking, jogging or cycling is a good start. If you add strength training to your regime as well this is even better. Strength training can help your body to burn fat even when it is at rest.
