If you have difficulties with love handles, then you should know how hard it is to lose them. But I was successful at getting rid of love handles fast and here with this article I will give you two secrets that helped me in losing them.These tips should also be imported in workout routines for women, if they want to lose love handles.

First things first. When it comes to losing love handles, you must lose TOTAL body fat. Don’t think that all you should do is some miracle love handle exercise to get rid of them. You have to reduce your total body fat percentage. Ideally, you want to be at around 10% body fat to not just have your love handles gone, but even also to develop six pack abs!

So, here are 2 easy tips that will help you lose love handles fast.

Tip one – Nutrition. My friend, it begins and it ends with proper nutrition. When you eat the proper foods, and eat the correct amount of calories daily, this will make it an almost guarantee that you’ll reach your fat loss and weight loss goals. The right foods you must eat would be protein, fiber, healthy fats (monounsaturated), and foods packed with minerals and vitamins. Also, I recommend for you to eat six small healthy meals daily instead of the usual 3. This will boost your metabolism. The more functioning your metabolism is, the more fat you’ll burn.

Tip two – Focus more on resistance training. When you concentrate on building lean muscle, you will be able to burn off more calories at a much more accelerated rate…even while you rest. The more muscle you have on your body than fat, the more fat your body will be able to naturally metabolize.

So, make sure you have a solid customized diet plan and focus more on building lean muscle and you’ll be able to lose love handles fast!
