However, many do believe that eating too much fruits can also be bad for health. This is actually quite true since fruits also contain some sugars which can also produce no good when eaten in bulk. However, natural sugar from fruits is way better than eating sweet cakes, pastries and desserts. It is only important for us to do things in approximation and moderation. Relying only of fruits can also make us miss all the helpful and great benefits that other meals can offer. So this only shows that having balanced diet or meal is still the best way for us to prevent illness and diseases from invading our systems.
