You can take a small number of drops and sniff from both the nostrils.

2. Mindset Shift

Keeping an uncomplicated lifestyle can help you to remove many problems. A simple tip would be to have light food which is quickly digestible and does not cause acidity, avoid stress, reduce too much of TV. Have enough time for relaxing with your family and kids. Sometimes simple joys of life have so much healing effect that even doctors cannot match them. Simple lifestyle keeps you relaxed and healthy and keeps you away from many diseases.

3. Postural Changes

Many migraines originate from the back of the neck or skull. A good number of the neck pains transmit to the skull and causes headaches. Amending the posture can help a lot to get rid of the tension on the neck and subsequently reduce neck pain and headaches. Postural problems happen to be more frequent in people who have desk jobs and work with computers a lot.

It would be beneficial to use desks with proper height to reduce the pressure on the neck muscles. Also, take more regular breaks and try to relax the shoulders and neck muscles by rotating the arms. You can also try various yoga poses to improve your posture.

4. Yoga

Yoga can be very helpful. The practice of yoga will reduce the tension in all muscles including the neck and shoulders. It also reduces stress levels in the body and increases your body’s immunity. Yoga can be practiced if you want a long term solution to headaches and migraine.
