Do you experience pain on your toes, knees or hips? Do you have stiff and inflamed joints after a hard day’s work? If you’re answer is yes, then you might have osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is one of the many arthritis disorders. It normally occurs to individuals aged 35 and above, however recently the world has seen more and more early forms of osteoarthritis. This condition can actually be debilitating to individual. Oftentimes, the pain can be too severe that it can prevent you from doing productive work and at times, when there is severe inflammation, it can even result to fever and other complications such as contractures.

Despite these manifestations, proper management of osteoarthritis can mean a quality life from individuals. Many studies have been conducted on various supplements, drugs, exercises and therapies to see if they have an effect on the signs and symptoms of the disease. Supplements with glucosamine and chondroitin components have shown potential in prevention and minute repairing degeneration of articular cartilage and subchondral bone. Other herbal supplements are also identified such as wide rose hip. The discovery of wild rose hip as a remedy for osteoarthritis  also came as an accident. In 1980s, a farmer and grandfather in Langeland named Erik Hansen was suffering from persistent joint pain in his shoulder. After medical treatment had failed to ease the pain, he turned to the advice of a friend to try out folk medicine with wild rose hip jam. Afterwards, he would eat the jam regularly and then noticed drastic improvement on his shoulder joint. News about wild rose hip effectivity spread across Denmark and other Scandinavian countries.

After five years of continous research and 13 studies done in the US and UK, wild rose hip powder was introduced in the UK and US in the form of Litozin.  It has also anti-inflammatory effect. Most importantly, It contains an active ingredient called galactolipid which prevents the accumulation of WBC in the joint, thus reduction of inflammation occurs. Its mechanism is completely different from glucosamine and chondroitin supplements. When these three substances are taken, it can create synergistic effect, making your painful joint experience history. If you are planning to take any supplements, consult your doctor for any drug interaction and possible side effects to your present condition. For more information, browse Litozin reviews sites and other osteoarthritis supplements.
