One extra large green, red, orange or yellow bell pepper.
Cooking Instructions:
Take the pepper and cut off the top as you would a pumpkin at Halloween, and hollow out the contents. Blanche the pepper in water, while combining the rest of the ingredients in pan and sauté until ground beef is browned. Fill the pepper with the ingredient from the frying pan, and serve.
