Oat flour can be used to thicken brittle hair. Simply add 2 tablespoon of oat flour on your conditioner. Use oat flour every time you condition your hair. You can also wet your hair with oat flour solution before applying conditioner. In making the oat flour solution, simply mix 1 tablespoon of oat flour in 1 cup water. You can buy oat flour on your favorite health shop. It has a long shelf life thus very cost efficient.
Eggs can be used to achieve thick hair and eradicate dry and brittle hair. Eggs are rich in vitamins A, D, E and B vitamins that help strengthen the hair while at the same tie balances the sebum production. Eggs are also rich in protein that can coat the hair and thickens them. To do this, simply beat one egg and apply it on the hair. Brush the hair with a wide toothed comb to evenly distribute the egg. Rinse the hair with cold water. Do not use warm water as this may cook the egg and make it hard to remove.
