Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil

First of what exactly is meant by the term pharmaceutical grade fish oil? Well due to mans rather thoughtless, selfish industrial practices the oil that comes directly from a fish, in many cases but not all, does have a certain amount of toxins and industrial wastes in it. These include charming substances such as mercury that although it will not kill you outright, in terms of the amounts involved will slowly break your bodys systems down and slowly kill you. However, do not despair because the fish oil that is pharmaceutical grade or ultra filtered, as it is also referred too, has had all these nasty and alien substances removed and made safe for human consumption.

We should all be thankful for this because the benefits of the omega 3 fatty acids, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) found in fish oil are quite frankly invaluable in terms of the promotion of good health. These EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids), not just recommended, are needed by the body for good health maintenance as said body cannot manufacture them itself. They are needed for their anti-inflammatory properties and promotion of good brain, eye, and heart health. They are also needed for the maintenance of skin health as well as being highly effective in helping one lose body fat. Imagine that, a polyunsaturated fat (liquid at room temperature) is one of the best substances we can take to protect us from saturated fat (solid at room temperature) and lose body fat. Thats Gods sense of humor for you.

The benefit of fish oil, also extend to helping in respiratory problems such as asthma or emphysema. Furthermore to elaborate on the above said benefits for the brain and heart fish oil is one of the best natural substances one can take for attention deficit disorder, dyslexia, Parkinsons disease, heart disease and high blood pressure. This incredible fatty acid can also be helpful in the treatment of hot flushes, arthritis and depression. So one can only be grateful that although we can make terrible mistakes, we are also able to correct them and by ingesting more fish oil will hopefully help our brains come up with more solutions rather than problems or mistakes.
