libidoDo you feel that your sex drive is too high or too low?

Sex drive is influenced by biological factors (including sex hormones), psychological factors (like personality and stress) and social factors (such as work and family). Sex drive can also be affected by medical conditions, medications, lifestyle and relationship issues, and age.

Libido is a person’s overall sexual drive or desire for sexual activity. It is estimated that roughly 40 percent of women become disinterested in sex at some point in life, but you can take steps to boost your libido if you wish. Similarly, if you feel that your libido is too high, there are steps you can take to reduce it. But note that there isn’t such a thing as “normal” that applies to all women. You need to find the level that is comfortable for you and your partner.
