This simple diabetic dessert recipe that almost anyone can make. It involves an apple and some cool whip. I told you it was simple, so don’t get disappointed. All I do, or my mother rather, is bake the apple and then add some cool whip. By baking the apple, the texture then becomes very tender and tasty. The cool whip is simply something I like to add on. It has very little carbohydrates and it is available in a sugar free version so I like to add it on there. I used to add some brown sugar on top, but with my diabetes now I don’t use it anymore. I know that it sounds really dull and simple, but my lack of imagery in my article may add to it. I don’t have a lot of sweet foods, so this little recipe gives e something to look forward to. It really does make a difference and cool whip tastes amazing to tell you the truth. Apple lovers will like this recipe because it is both healthy and tasty at the same time.
