The Smoking Negatives

What are the negative effects of smoking? Well smoking is a horrible and disgusting habit.  It smells dreadful and a smoker who smokes just one cigarette a day will stink of the horrible smell – destroying clothes, cars and houses with this putrid nose burning odor.  Further to that, your teeth will be bright yellow.  You can tell smoker from a mile away simply from their yellow teeth.  Not only do you have an increased chance of lung cancer, throat and mouth cancer if you smoke, you’ll smell so bad, and also have yellow teeth!  Most people nowadays avoid smokers; it’s socially unacceptable to smoke.  It’s strange how only a couple of years ago it was the cool thing to do – now its not.  It really is seen as being un-cool and anti social.  Now that smoking is banned in restaurants and night clubs, most smokers have to go outside to smoke.  It’s kind of pathetic when you see these individuals outside in the cold smoking.  It’s not only sad but quite strange that people would prefer to go outside, to stand in the cold and smoke dead tobacco leafs whilst the people inside are dancing, drinking and having fun.

Most smokers will say that they’re aware that smoking damages their body.  Well frankly they do not otherwise they wouldn’t smoke.  They’re not aware of the horrible, disgusting, toxic, carcinogenic and poisonous substances that destroy cells with every second and every minute that they’re smoking.  Not only have they increased their chances ten fold of getting cancer, but they are also increasing the chance of their children getting cancer because they’re also inhaling the horrible and disgusting toxic fumes that you’re inhaling.  If you’re looking at quitting, its best to see your doctor – they’ll be sure to provide you with helpful and relevant tips that can help you stop smoking.  If you’re struggling to stop smoking and quit, try hypnotherapy – it can be a powerful way to bring change.
