Treating Acne Naturally at Home

Acne is a skin disorder whereby there is more secretion of oil and dirt by the sebaceous glands making the skin pores to block. Some of the reasons that lead to acne are: puberty, lack of a balanced diet where one consumes fatty foods at the expense of vegetables. Lack of enough
vitamins has been known to be among the leading causes of acne.

Acne has been known to occur mainly on the face. This may be due to lack of proper hygiene. An acne home remedy is a natural method that deals with the acne problem. These remedies are known to treat the body from the inside rather than outside. Some of these remedies include:
reduced or no consumption of non citric fruits such as avocados, guavas, passion fruits, bananas, and coconut. This is because these non citric fruits increase oil secretion by the sebaceous glands leading to more blocked pores.

You should also avoid saturated fats from animals such as butter, cheese, milk and ice cream. This is because these products contain a lot of proteins that is essential for causing acne. However, you should really increase the consumption of vegetables since they are rich in
vitamins that help fight acne. Foods rich in zinc are also good in reducing acne since they do not contain fats.

Natural herbs from trees have also been known to be a supplement of the much needed vitamins and minerals. This is because as we grow older, our bodies resist nutrient intake from foods so the need for the plant herbs.

An acne home remedy treatment also includes drinking a lot of water. This is because water has been known to help in body processes such as perspiration thus opening the skin pores. You can also apply the aloe Vera gel that is found in the aloe Vera plant. This is because aloe very has been known to be a natural medicine that protects your skin from harmful bacteria that may cause acne. Acne home remedy is therefore a good solution to treat acne since it does not involve the use of chemicals.
