I have owned a Ninja Master Prep Professional Blender for around 8 months now. Well, that is not strictly accurate. I actually have two of them. Why? Because when we went on vacation last year, the rest of the household refused to allow us to take our blender with us. So we had a choice. Buy another one, or go without. We chose not to go without.
The reason we decided that we just had to have our blender to take on vacation with us, is that it has made a real difference in our health. Before, when we took these cross-country trips, breakfast was usually supplied by McDonalds, and the rest of the day pretty much followed suit in terms of nutrition, if you know what I mean.
But ever since we first got our Ninja Master Prep, we have been making green smoothies for breakfast and many times for lunch too. These things are like a super vitamin pill. In case you don’t know it, green leafy vegetables are perhaps the most nutritious food you can eat. Of course that’s not all that goes into our smoothies. You still need a wide variety of foods to stay healthy. Our smoothies usually include greens, and beans, and some fruit for flavor. Blueberries are our favorite. It’s hard to find a better fruit than blueberries, nutritionally speaking.
So, anyway, when we go on our trips, we keep a little ice chest behind the front seats with some ice in it, and then all we have to do is stop in a grocery store for our produce right before we stop for the night, and then the first thing the next morning, we whip up our smoothies for the day and replenish the ice. It’s so simple, healthy, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s a lot cheaper too, than eating fast food.
So now when we travel, we always have our healthy meals with us. We save money and our health. What could be better than that? You really ought to try a Ninja Master Prep, and see if it makes a difference in your life too.
